Green Building Services, Inc., (GBS) a progressive, employee-owned professional services firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon is seeking a experienced Energy Auditor to conduct comprehensive building audits of commercial structures.
Applicants will be expected to collect and analyze field data, carry out energy usage analysis, make energy efficiency recommendations and suggest improvements, and prepare audit reports containing recommended scope of work. Must be highly organized and able to handle several tasks simultaneously and be highly professional and team-oriented.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical engineering degree and minimum of 5 years building auditing experience, a solid knowledge of the LEED rating system and participated in ASHRAE level-II audits. LEED AP and CEM certified is preferred, although not necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment is also required.
