Responsibilities include assisting waste generators in the identification & characterization of waste products, excess materials, and recyclable materials, assist in the proper management of wastes in accordance with regulatory and Company requirements, assist in the development of waste sampling plans (including understanding available process knowledge) and the related preparation of waste characterization data packages & waste documentation, sign and submit waste documentation for waste acceptance & certification review, assist in the identification of waste packaging requirements, assist in identification and implementation of pollution prevention initiatives, and assist in organizational reviews, assessments, and surveillances related to waste and excess materials management.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of a B.S. degree in science or engineering discipline, plus a minimum of five (5) years of relevant environmental and/or waste management experience.
